kisame...even tho orochimaru is like immortal or whatever...with no chakra he wont be able to move and he will die...so theirs another way to kill orochimaru after all. drain all of his chakra...to be honest i think kisame can take this battle pretty easily...although edo tensei will be a b!tch but underwater and being pretty much invulnerable to ninjutsu he can dodge them
