[Discussion] Most underrated character in manga?

Honestly lol.... All i see is talk of Itachi.....Nagato.....Madara....and even Minato...Now i am not trying to undermine these characters in anyway what so ever....BUTT(no typo).....and this is a BIG BUTT you guys are forgetting the person with the real skill and intelligence behind the scenes....

And this person I'm talking about is the one and only KABUTO. I mean this guy is so underrated its not even funny. You have to recognize the brilliance behind his tactics.... Yeah Nagato is all "SO POWERFUL" but uhhhh who was the one taking full control of Nagato when he started to kick @$$? Now i know Kabuto may fail compared to others when it comes to his sole abilities but being a ninja is about using the tools you have in your arsenal and he definitely does so exceptionally.

He analyzes and takes into consideration all the abilities of all his Edo Summons (Which is quite alot...lol its like he has info on every Ninja alive), and uses this to his advantage. I mean honestly i can't think of a character that could defeat Kabuto(atm at least) with his vast knowledge paired with his Edo Summons(I think even Madara would have a tough time).

But uhhh lemme get your thoughts on this....Do you Think Kabuto is the most underrated character in the manga? Dont give just a simple Yes/No explain yourself, nd also who do you think would PWN Kabutomaru(or w/e) if they were to fight.......Thx nd PCE xD

Kabuto is regarded as one of the strongest people by some because of Edo Tensei and his "secret jutsu"

I say Tsunade is very underrated.

-Shino
-Ebisu
-Shizune
and so forth.
