1. Create a defense, a spiked cage, with

Sasori faces this problem with all extremely fast opponents. He doesn't have the time needed to pull out the Kazekage and get his momentum rolling, which is why he is at his best when starting at a fair distance with the Kazekage.

Under any special circumstances where the situation favors a certain character, they can defeat almost anybody. I'm not disagreeing with this thread, I'm just saying that if you put a certain character in a situation which is better for them in the long haul, they'll be able to defeat just about anybody or if you put the position where their opponent is at a disadvantage they have a higher chance at winning. Skills, experience, intelligence, enviornment, situation, and power are major key deciding factors in all battles.

Sasori could have dodged Chiyo's attack since Chiyo stated Sasori saw it coming.

Then Sasori, could have attacked Chiyo since her body was weakened by the poison from one of his 100 puppets earlier. As for Sakura, well he could have finished her off there.

This is just speculation, but if he had not chose to die, then he could have took them out rather effortlessly in my opinion.
