Shikamau is an iffy-one, but I think he'd win. He is the smartest out of the rookies. He can adapt to any opponet-Tayuya, Hidan, Kakuzu, Temari.

All close and long range.


But back on topic...

i did say lee is a beast lol

but shino vs shikamaru is hard to say cause they both adapt to situations quickly

and i believe Shino is one of those "mysterious power level" type of person thats why he isnt shown fighting much cause every match he was in He won

ok Sakura vs TenTen well it depends if they know each others strengths and weaknesses cause if TenTen knew Sakuras strength she will keep her distance and attack with long range weapons which puts Sakura in a serious disadvantage since she will have to evade the attacks and possibly hide and there comes the factor of terrain where they fight and if there is a place to run and hide + i dont think that Sakura can get that close to TenTen that easy so im goung with tenten

Hinata win cause she is a master of martial arts Sakura just swings around with here arms and let's here strength do the rest of the work while Hinata is a master of gentle fist and can probably read here movements and easy evade here punches and block here chakra points

Sakura's role as a medical ninja and the abilities that Tsunade has drilled into her brain is to read and pick up on the movements/attack patterns of her enemy and to evade them accordingly once she has figured out their attack pattern. Just that I would let you know that. What you said Hinata can do (Which I have never seen her done, besides blocking chakra points) is exactly what Sakura is actually required to do as a medical ninja.

Actually go back to the episode or chapter if you wish, and listen or read the part where Chiyo states that after awhile Sakura didn't even require much assistance from her. And, why was that? Sakura was doing the smart thing and was picking up on her enemy attacks patterns while Chiyo was controlling her. Once she felt that had got a full analysis on Sasori's attack pattern, she started moving mostly on her own. And, her straight punches seemed to be working against the Iron Sand in knocking it away and that "straight punch" destroyed the third kazekage puppet. It may just be a basic punch, but it's effective. Sakura wasn't blessed with clan techniques, kekkai genkais, or a bijuu like her Leaf Peers. She has to rely on what she has, which turned out to be very beneficial in the battle against Sasori.
