Tsunade FTW because we all know there both weaker then Jiraya and Kisame cant get close to Tsunade otherwises it over so he cant drain her chakra so she can keep pounding then healing till Kisame dies.

Kisame is strong but it's all water techniques, something I don't forsee Tsunade having that much of a problem with. She would probably paralyze Kisame with a poision he knows nothing about, and win the fight in a rather short amount of time.

1. Kisame cant get near her otherwise its over she would pwn him
2. She can keep healing herself and fighting over and over again
3. She can summon her slug and throw slime at him.
4. Once she summons the slug its over cuz she could do everything throw poison gas, heal herself, and taijutsu the crap out of Kisame.
5. Even if the area turns into water i believe that she can break out since she fought hanzo and is one of the 3 Legendary Sannin.

2. She can keep healing herself and fighting over and over again
3. She can summon her slug and throw slime at him.
4. Once she summons the slug its over cuz she could do everything throw poison gas, heal herself, and taijutsu the crap out of Kisame.
5. Even if the area turns into water i believe that she can break out since she fought hanzo and is one of the 3 Legendary Sannin.

5. Finally, she can't possibly find a way out it's not genjustsu and besides she would not even be nearly fast enough to get out of there she is not an octopus lol.
