Shyt Mei is in her thirties she needs to get a move on, howver my moms had me at 38 so it all depends but I'd say past 50 and you should be done with all that you know.

The body has limitations and even her medical ninjutsu wouldn't be safe for something like that. Her body looks like it's thirty because of her transformation, if she let it go she'd look 60 and that's how old she would feel because of her Creation Rebirth. Even if she could handle a baby (which I highly doubt even with her medical abilities) it would be unhealthy for her and the baby, not to mention that it would be deformed even if it were possible (look at the Raikage and his daddy, yeah you didn't think how this baby would feel right?)

Anyway, Tsunade had Dan and Jiraiya as a back up. They both dead now she's just living on as Hokage till she die, she ain't go nothing to retire too.
