This chapter was a big dissapointment for me I was expecting more. one thing I don't get is how did Nagato return to "normal"?

TALK NO-JUTSU is not a good way for Nagato to fall....... why I say talk no-jutsu?? simple.... First he was under full control with the talking and stuff he regained his senses to later let himself be "blade of totsukaed??"(new verb xD )

I'm really excited right now... Itachi looks so overpowered right now... more than ever Hope Kabuto will just undo his jutsu and they lose Itachi that would be like "Oh sh*t!!!" for the Joint Shinobi Forces (or at least Naruto and Bee )

nagato is fighting for the bad guys, and the guys fighting for the good side should take some losses too, otherwise it becomes to predictable. that's why i dont even regard this as a war anymore, no matter what the manga states.

really nice chapter,finally one where i didnt had the feeling that it's full of oddly constructed decisions, logical errors and strange powerups.

just one thing i already found strange in the last chapter: why the hell doesnt kabuto un-summon itachi like he did with deideira when he fought onoiki?

Itachi is no longer under his control ... and I didn't say that they shouldn't take losses ... I mean didn't u see Zetsu trollin' their camps at night time and transforming into their own people and stabbing them in the back and front ...

Nagato isnt coming back his soul was set free ... remember what happen to sasori in his fight with kankuro they didnt even touch him and he desolved... BTW if naruto didnt go to help be he never would have gotten caught in that jutsu in the first place and if Naruto was serious from the start of the battle than everyone wouldnt be on nagatos d**k because he would have been dead sooner

im sorry have you read the manga? it clearly shows Nagato owning all 3 of them until he got sealed and im guessing your an itachi fanboy kishi should have seen this coming now itachi sealed him with people helping him that means itachi is stronger then him? of course not itachi would spam susanoo which like they said in the manga would destroy anyone caught in it if nagato did this far away from itachi in the sky seeing as he can fly he would be out of sealing distance and nagatos natural defences like we saw agasainst naruto would protect him from that nasty long range susanoo attack ,

Why resorting to name calling,im just stating facts. Dont get me wrong i like itachi's character but i also liked Pain and i thought he was underpowered considering all the hype that went into the rinnegan.

Now my point was that for every nagato attack , itachi has a defence for it. Physical attacks- susanoo, genjustu - the MS.
And the celestial terrablast even done from a distance could be undone by a long range powerful attack like the one itachi possess. Could one itachi long range attack stop, maybe maybe not. We dont need since it was 3 long range attacks from itachi, bee and naruto. But he also has the option from launching multiple long range attacks in quick succession, and there's a good chance that would work.

Now on itachi's attacks. Physical attacks are out of the question since they can be asborbed. Tskyumi might work, jiriaya used it during his fight with pain. And unlike the MS, the rinnegan has not been documented to see through genjustu. Then it comes down to susanoo and the sword of totsuka.
There is no known counter for the sword of totsuka, one caught its over. Now as you said nagato could keep his distance, that would ultimately lead to a stalemate since itachi could easily deflect any attacks. And even if he does , there's no reason itachi couldnt go after him. And if nagato keeps his distance, it becomes a war of attrition.

Now my 3rd point involves sasuke. Remember his susanoo attack is an arrow, which can be used for long range. Whether his arrow is manifestation of the sword of totsuka or if it has the sealing powers we dont know yet. But if it does, then keeping a distance would be futile.
And my last point , actually it is an expansion of my previous statement. Sasuke has all of itachi's powers, so the sword of totsuka should be one of them. But we've only seen his susanoo wield a bow and arrow. Maybe (this is a theory) the sword of totsuka can manifest in different forms such as a sword or an arrow. Or it could be that its different for different people.

Man sad chapter Nagato still rocks so much he was top 3 ninja hands down for me so far. Some are going to argue that Itachi barely fought this and that but Nagato 1v1 wouldve beat itachi. Because hes able to absorb chakra levels of 8 and 9 tails hes immune to ninjutsu and has amazing techniques. Itachi has also godly techniques but 1v1 Nagato would be the last one walking but you can also say why didnt he dodge the seal last attack who knows maybe for that one instant he took control and stop the movement. i know it came super fast but o well.

Anyway the next thought on my mind is how long Itachi will be around for Nagato was good for short time Itachi coming back full power is still super too good to be true so not sure what Kishi has in store for him. If he lasts long enough to confront Sasuke or help the shinobi alliance or even suprise attack naruto and the jinchuurki.

i second this was thinking about it before manga came out as i was playing ninja storm 2 which when is the next naruto game comming out it better have eveyr freakin character

Nagato is bad ass, but the real strength of Itachi is neither the power of attack nor defense but the speed I mean he can activate the susanoo at the speed of thunder and the speed he can use the totsuka sword to seal the enemy is enormous, Itachi is smart and calm I'm not surprised that he became an Anbu commander at the age of 13, I liked the team work and I hope that Kabuto cant undone the edo tensei technique that's binding Itachi which seams that he cant depending on why he didn't do it until now.

Even though Nagato shown his much more awesome than I thought, He still seemed underpowered, I know he was doing great against Itachi, Naruto & Bee but it seems to me that Itachi could now still even defeat Nagato one on one. Honestly I have to say recently Itachi is my favourite character. I think his even better than the 4th by far in my opinion.

Sasuke does not possess all that Itachi possesses. The eye of shusui and the totsuka sword need to be transferred physically before one attains them.
during that final battle, itachi after using it on orochimaru did not hand it over to sasuke
