i dont know what you were watching but i remember raikage almost killing sasuke:flaw:

Itachi wud win with med difficulty, speed isnt everything cuz Itachi has everything but speed over Raikage! Plus genjutsu wud work on him, before he knows it he will be in a genjutsu, how is Raikage gonna hit Itachi when Itachi has Sasoonu, he wud probably try it and get killed by it lol just like he was bout to get killed when Sasuke spamed amatarasu around him. Yes Raikage wud of died if it wasnt for the medical ninja, his arms wud be burning, and if it wasnt for Gaara then so wud his legs, and if he cuts both off he wud of died of blood loss. Another thing, Itachi has got a lot of chakra himself! Not as much as A but around that cuz he did many amatarasu's used genjutsu, ninjutsu, and Sasoonu when he was sooo ill he was bout to die! Itachi wud own Raikage and i am sure of it. :flaw:

Okay seems its time for daddy wade to come shut this arguement down... 1st off whoever says A is immune to genjutsu, is a straight dumbass... And whoever said that sasuke's tsukuyomi is as good as itachi's, the same is said to you... 2nd of all, itachi can exstinguish amaterasu... 3rd of all, Sasuke's eyes could keep up with A, and he was fast enough to dodge A's elbow, and attempt a chidori, Itachi's speed is on par or better then sasukes... Itachi's jutsu speed is completely ridiculous, and the ways he can get you into genjutsu is just as ridiculous... And theres no way A could counter his genjutsu, kakashi who has the sharingan, got completely destroyed by tsukuyomi and he had resistance!!! Last but not least, please don't ever compare sasuke susanoo to itachis... sasukes didn't have any armor or anything, yet alone two legendary weapons that made him "nearly invincible" *words of zetsu*. Even madara feared itachi, as well did danzou... Ruthless ass kisame respected him... The only thing A has on itachi is speed and physical strength, which it'll take more then that to defeat itachi...

dude, itachi can only use tsukuyomi limited times, and even so causes him to become very weak for example kakashi encounter in konoha, theres no proof on raikage falling under genjutsu and vice versa, but in saying so if kakshi made it threw the tortures of tsukuyomi what makes you think A cant? his stamina is what im basing my point on, his chakra lvl is beyond compare.

itachi wins.. raikage no chance. if people think that just because sauske killed itachi and got whooped by raikage your all wrong.

for example:
1. itachi planned his own death therefore he died on purpose and let sauske win, not only that but he was sick.
2. itachi's susanoo is just the craziest. can't get thru or away from him.
3. who in the hell is strong enough to get out of the edo tensei.
4. raikage has to sacrifice an arm just to be able to hit sauske, to imagine with no medical ninja there.. his whole body is just gonna be gone.
5.. anyone else want to argue with this?

However, it proves rather problematic catching him off guard. Itachi's array of techniques makes it difficult, at the very least - to touch him. The most obvious countermeasure being Susanoo - although admittedly, this can be broken with a few blows from the Raikage.

Still, I'm surprised no one mentioned this in conjunction with the shield of black flames, which ensures devastating self-inflicted damage to anyone who comes into contact with it. Now, before anyone bashes on this fact - yes, Itachi can set his possession form on fire - he just does not have the same chakra shape manipulation that Sasuke demonstrated at the Five Kage Summit.

As a result, you have this battle scenario: the Raikage cannot trade blows with Itachi without permanently damaging himself. Likewise, Itachi cannot touch the Raikage due to his Teleportation Jutsu, and Raiton-style armor.

This renders (offensive) Amaterasu, and hand-to-hand combat virtually ineffective. The Raikage has also not shown himself to be proficient in ninjutsu or genjutsu, relying heavily on nin-taijutsu to attack.

What we have is a standstill. Notice that I do not mention Tsukuyomi; namely because it is a gamble whether it will land or not. Nor do I mention the Sword of Totsuka, which can be evaded easily by the Raikage. I'm assuming this is still a fight, and neither of the two are going to run around, waiting for the other to run out of chakra. Dismiss those stamina theories immediately.

If you read the manga where Sasuke battles the Raikage, it seems that black flames simply appeared where the ribs of Susanoo were covering him. I'm guessing he only had to look at them - the only part that actually required chakra control was the shape manipulation, right before the Raikage was about to dropkick Sasuke.

Either way, I'm just trolling :shrug:

:shrug: I'm not trying to make Itachi appear invincible or anything - you could be right; maybe the Yata Mirror is impenetrable.

However, Itachi actually did not fully block Kirin - he only mitigated the potential damage that could have been dealt. Just as Sasuke's possession form did not fully protect him from the Raikage's blows.

But, I think I have a better idea on how to win this battle. Itachi should just light himself on fire with Amaterasu, and give the Raikage a hug. Kamikaze-style!

This match would be an easy win for Itachi, and the reasons are..

Think about it a little bit, when A and Sasuke fought, Sasuke only used his Susanoo the first time.. it was not even yet completed it's first form.. it was just a bunch of small bones around him, no shield or bow, and basically nothing except the bones..

Reasons why Itachi would win:

When A was fighting Sasuke, A almost used all of his strongest physical attacks against him, and none of them actually harmed Sasuke that much, and the reason is "his" Susanoo..

Susanoo actually has 3 levels.. here are the examples of Itachi's levels of Susanoo..

The first physical look is the big completed form of bones:

The second look is the face and some kind of energy covering the bones, and that adds much more defense.. (check the fight on the anime, you can see the stages much better)

The third and the completed form, which has some kind of strong energy armor covering the whole Susanoo, and this last level of Susanoo is in no way to be broken through:

Now let's see what Sasuke's Susanoo looked like when he was fighting the Raikage..

It was not even yet completed it's first form! it was barely just a small bones surrounding him, and the Raikage couldn't even break through it with all his powerful attacks..

Here, you can see a comparison between Sasuke's Susanoo and Itachi's Susanoo in terms of levels.. you already saw Itachi's levels of Susanoo above, so here are Sasuke's ones..

First level, he achieved it at the end of the fight between him and the Raikage:

The second look of his Susanoo is when he fought Danzo, you can see all the energy that covers the bones and the face of Susanoo is being define, also.. he got his weapon which is the bow:

The third and the last look of Sasuke's Susanoo is when he got pretty pissed when he was talking to Kakashi, and here where he's Susanoo has achieved it's final stage, just like Itachi's one:

You can see how it looked exactly like Itachi's Susanoo and has some kind of energy armor covering it, but sadly.. he went blind after using it lol.

Now think about it, if Itachi had to fight the Raikage, his Susanoo would be at it's final stage from the beginning, and not only that.. Itachi's Susanoo actually is far more powerful than Sasuke's Susanoo..

With all that defense Susanoo originally has, Itachi's Susanoo has (two) legendary weapons, the Yata Mirror and the Sword of Totsuka, which simply makes him (invincible..)

Yata Mirror: can repeal all attacks, and basically nothing can go through it, not even the tailed beasts bombs can scratch it.

Sword of Totsuka: the most powerful sword ever, when he stabs someone with it, he'll seal him forever, just like how he did with Orochimaru.

Now this is only a comparison between Sasuke's and Itachi's Susanoo, you all know how Itachi is far more skilled than Sasuke in terms of everything, Genjutsu/Ninjutsu/Taijutsu and basically everything else, I wouldn't even think that the match between A and Itachi would need to go as far as if Itachi would need to use his Susanoo, really.. he's much more powerful.
