Lol kakashi FTW but hard to say it all matters bout location if Kakashi can use a smoke bomb in a forest then hide then come at 2 hearts with lighting beast running jutsu then it is almost over because then he can use MS and then suck one or maybe even two hearts off then just lighting blade the other heart and its over but i know kakazu wont just stand there but if Kakashi knows his weakness form perivous battle then Kakashi would win.

That lightining jutsu wont take out 2 hearts and MS may not even work cuz of Kakuzu's speed.
