Good memories indeed I'll have to stick with the classics from my childhood I guess;

Charizard, Mewtwo, Zapdoz, Articuno, Moltres and Kadabra/Alakazam (Pokemon Blue/Fire-red team)

And also Lugia, Ho-oh, Entei, Suicain and Raikou from Silver/Gold I guess
And if any, Blazeken (spell check, can't be bothered to search him up) from the third generation, he was cool.
