It's not like he's hiding a Susanoo, he's just a really good Samurai, I think if you read the Manga you could more than come to atleast an estimate of who you think would win, figuring out Mifune isn't exactly brain surgery ya know.

They say Mifune's Iaido is so good a ninja can't get a chance to use seals, which means Mifune has got to have a nice amount of speed, it all depends on how gai will counter the swordsmanship, but I wonder if Mifune could even defend against daytime tiger or some other high level Taijutsu, I think knowing Gai he'd make this a personal challenge and would hold off on the gates, it'd be a good fight imho
