We can't say since we've only seen two techniques of the Mizukage, don't go with who we have more info on because that's bias. There is not enough info to say either is better or weaker then the other.

Also because she's from the Senju clan doesn't make her impossible to defeat. Also she has Uzumaki in her. You're clan of descent doesn't make you a badass (example all Uchihas taken out by one Uchiha) how strong you actually are makes you badass and both Mei and Tsunade are badass becuase they're perhaps the strongest kunoichi in the series.

No she wasnt, Sasuke's intention wasnt even to go all out, he had just fought Raikage and was going after Danzo, and Tsunade isnt scared of blood anymore. Although i do think Mizukage wud probably win, Tsunade doesnt suck

I think you got that mixed up with Tsunade. She may not be obsessed with *** but she's older then her (Tsunade=54, Mei=30's) and because of that Creation Rebirth Jutsu of hers she got a body of what looks like a 70 year old.

Mei's in her 30s Tsunade's in her mid 50s.

What girl hasn't hit on Sasuke besides Hinata. I sware the guy gets more chance at the ass then anybody I've ever seen. Even Tenten said he was cute when they first met a the chuunin exams.
