But there is a catch...You don't have it in you to summon any Kage...dead or alive...this includes Gaara..sorry...and I know....Pain and Madara were previous Kage of their villages.. but for this...they are just S-Class Criminal Shinobi...

They begin to approach.....and then you do it....you draw you blood....weave your signs.....and..BOOM!!!!
