So you should be thrown out of your job for what your father did? People who were working there didn't hack/bug phones the hackers had already gone into retirement etc~ Why should they be punished for something they didn't do!?

A brief overview is that a newspaper hacked/bugged many peoples phone and it has now been closed. If you wish to find out more you can look on wikipedia you should find it on google easily under, 'News of the world phone hacking'.

But statistics say differently the news of the world papers were selling at the same rate~

The only recorded even their sales went down was when they increased the price sometime ago~

Im not from UK but Ive heard of what they did over these years and it wasnt good at all.....they even hacked the phone and accounts of the new princess and many politics people....so they deserved it all

I am going to use the same reply. The people who were currently working for the paper didn't hack the phones. It was people who use to work there. So innocent people lost their jobs and they did nothing at all.

Example.

Your Brother robs a bank.
You go to jail

is this fair?

It is kinda what happened at this news paper.
