Naruto is still weak (so far)!

Ino? I don't think so but it's just that there are many people stronger than Raikage. like, nagato, itachi, kabuto, danzo, sasuke, madara, jiraya (sage mode)etc..

Nagato = rinnegan
Itachi = ms/sharingan
Kabuto = oro
Danzo = sharingan,hashirama DNA
Sasuke = sharingan,ms
Madara = ems

All of These got "power-ups" imo..only jiraiya is a " normal" ninja with no kg or anything like that..if you remove kgs from the chars above,they're nothing compared to raikage..and all og this is my own opinion! What other guys think is up to them.

Thats just their techniques. So if Raikage had no speed He would be nothing. If Garra had no sand he would be nothing. So speed is like Raikages "power up" Plus madar and itachi worked for their power and mastered it on their own and obtained it on their own. Danzou stole his powers and sasuke had his MS given to him purposly by itachi. And Madara gave pain Rinnegan.

wtf...its idiotic to take away something that is ninjas tool, life is like that some ate born tall, some are born short, so cast away idiotic statements and look at sheer facts...btw J-Man has sage mode....btw sasuke used lightning vs deidara's earth you should take that away too.

I don't consider Raikage strong at all! He was facing problems with Sasuke before when he had MS.

What do you mean weak?! He would of killed Sasuke if Gara didn't interfere....
