Hebi Sasuke (Before he got MS and became Taka Sasuke) vs. Kakashi.

They are fighting in Kumogakure.

Basic Intel of each other, except Kakashi never saw CS2 Sasuke [Full form] or did he?

You are right, plus in Kumogakure where clouds are already there he doesn't need to prep Kirin!

I would say Kakashi coz HE has MS and basic intel on Sasuke(I presume) of Kakashi is much enough and also kakashi has terrain advantage, he can use very high level water techs and mist concealment, etc.
That's all, no offence, I personally think that Kakashi is stronger than sasuke to the MS lvl...

Sasuke isn't that good to use Kirin in first place, he still thinks Kakashi is nothing compared to him and will attack him recklessly, underestimating him.
So, I think Kakashi will take advantage of it....

And I don't think Kakashi will be standing still b/w this interval, Sasuke also need to attain altitude to make his chidori respond to natural lightning and Kakashi is too good at close range he won't let him make enough distance to get a shot...What'd you say??

First off Kakashi never used earth clones

Second shadow clones match the user perfectly and sharringan can see through that it can easily see through water or stone

They both will start fighting with taijutsu, after that sasuke will slightly back and re-attack with his fire tech., Kakashi will use water against it coz he has the terrain adv. + he can cast hidden mist tech. which will be enhanced due to cloudy weather and this is totally turning on Kakashi's side so I don't think sasuke will have time to use kirin coz if he use it in mist he might not hit kakashi..
