you have a great talent, but i don't think this is your best drawing. =/ just compare her eyes they should be more alike, her right face a little too angled and don't skip her hair like that >.< your shading is perfect if you use it on her hair too and correct these little mistakes then it'll be perfect. right now it's just very good.

this is it. only her right eye a little weird now. if you can give her eyelashes' a little bit more bow/arc(or how do you call it in english -.-") then you can say it's finished and perfect.
