why does naruto have three markings on each his cheeks?

he may not have gone demon fox, but the chakra still leaks out DUH. the 4th even said that when he first put the fox in, that the chakra would leak out anyways, watch the series again and pay close attention.

Maybe Naruto and the Kin Gin bros had because of the Kyubi and they're decendents of the SO6P (well only Naruto is comfirmed i don't know about the Kin Gin bros)
