I wish to get a few things cleared here...

1. Firstly i don`t think u will make it in time to pop out of the hole and then use hurricane fist to launch up without being hit by lightning.
2. Secondly i think u misunderstood which clone of my used the fire technique remember that it was used by Kakashi2 who is in the place where u first started the match and where u were pushed into the sky which was mid range from my position in which case it was long range from where u pop out so you cannot hurt him with the senbon which means my fire technique was unobstructed.

I think we should clear this in VM and if i am satisfied i will edit this with my move

This would have broken a rule for using 4 moves in one turn. However, since you didnt get that far along in the move it's nt a problem. Dont do that in the future. Since you had popped up, and used another jutsu, you canot simply slip back underground without using the jutsu again.

It seems like you are using you are using the fact that you can see his move to your advantage. if he had used a genjutsu on you while he was still underground you probably wouldnt have had your lightning "pre-charged"
I would have accepted it if you had used the move while he ws still underground, but the fact that you waited makes me think that you didnt know what he was going to do so you had to wait and see what happens.

Secondly i think u misunderstood which clone of my used the fire technique remember that it was used by Kakashi2 who is in the place where u first started the match and where u were pushed into the sky which was mid range from my position in which case it was long range from where u pop out so you cannot hurt him with the senbon which means my fire technique was unobstructed.

1) the lightning needs time to travel through the earth. I think he has enough time to pull himself out of the ground and punch downward in order to escape.
2) you are right. The senbon only go to mid range and K2 was long range from him (using a long range attack)
