It's how you use the power you have, I think it depends on how good they use their abilities, but Madara has more experience.

Well, a big part of what made Nagato so strong, was that the enemy he battled had no clues what was going on until it was to late. If they have full info on eachother (as the thread starter clearly states) Madara would know about all of Nagato's secrets, and his big advantage would be gone. I think Madara would win. We must also not forget that there's shitloads we don't know about Madara's abilities either. But if they didn't have info about eachother, I maybe think the outcome would change.
