She can only use that once and after a while she will pass out and almost die like she did during the attack by pain, so Guy can actually outlast her and tsunade is slow

There would be no way Guy would be called a sannin because he didn't fight Hanzo, so that name means almost nothing in terms of comparing great ninjas

No its only once and it uses alot of chakra so it wont heal her time and time again
