Rasen Shiruken?

Ok guys, i was completley wondering, the orgin of the move rasen shiruken was to cut up all your chakra points and blood cells to make you pratically defensless (correct me if im wrong) like when he did it on kakazu, but when he fought pein and did rasen shiruken on the pains, the completley desinigrated (pardon my grammer) but can some1 explain why did it not disable pein like kakazu or was it a error on naruto behalf?

the first time he used the move, it only damaged naruto cause he didnt know how to let go of it! now he throws its a on of the pain and it shreds him all to pieces!

Ik, but i was wondering, why did it not shread kakuza to pieces like it did peins?

tht only happens if they are struck with the middle of the rasen shuriken, otherwise the wind chakra edges just cut things to bits

because he did not have enough chrakra and high skill level to control it! when he learned sage mode! it helped him alot! thats why he can only do full rasen shuiken in sage mode!
