-I stand on the water focusing my Sui chakra.I keep doing so until I have enough chakra accumulated to create a vortex around me.I then start sending the chakra into the water via my leg.I use the chakra infused water to raise it few feet above my head.I send more chakra into the water surrounding me to keep it stable.I then use my chakra to make the water surrounding me spin.I add more speed and power to the water adding more spin at the same time creating a vortex.I keep adding chakra and power to the vortex while maintaining it's stability.I keep doing until I have just big enough speed to knock my opponent back.Upon impact this can knock down an opponent and make him unconscious.-

I will make three paragraphs of 5 sentences.It's easier to keep track of it.
First paragraph:
-I begin by practicing the hand seals.I repeat the time after time to remember them.After a few dozen times I know the hand seals.I then start focusing my Sui chakra inside me.I gather masses of Sui chakra and proceed to the next step.-
Second paragraph:
-I use the huge amount of Sui chakra inside me and release it in the surrounding area.I then use the released chakra to tighten the molecules that are used to create water.I keep tightening them up to make a large volume of water appear.Suddenly a drop of water appears by my side and falls to the ground.I then proceed to make the jutsu at once.-
Third paragraph:
-I repeat the whole process all over.I begin by doing the required hand seals.In the same time I gather more Sui chakra in my whole body.After preforming the hand seals I release masses of chakra from my body.I spread it around the whole area.I use the masses of chakra and tighten them up.By tightening them up I tighten the molecules used for creating water.Once again a drop falls by my feet.After a couple of seconds more and more drops start falling and suddenly we are covered in a rain.Then a small wave appears.I tighten the molecules more and more together and suddenly a humongous wave materializes out of no where and slams into a practice dummy.The force of the impact would destroy him completely knocking him to the ground first.-

Second paragraph:
-After gathering a suitable amount Sui chakra I begin to release it in the are around me.I slowly let it flow out of my system and into the surrounding.I increase the speed of the chakra releasing,releasing medium amounts of chakra.I then release all at once and making my chakra cover the whole field from short to mid range.I proceed to the next step.-
Third paragraph:
-After the chakra has been released I use the chakra to gather the molecules of hydrogen and oxygen around me to make the water materialize.I tighten the molecules with the chakra released whilst releasing small amounts of chakra in the air to keep the already released chakra in tact.I keep gathering and tightening the molecules in the air as small drops begin to form.One by one the drops begin falling and they keep multiplying.I then proceed on creating the water.-
Fourth and final paragraph:
-I use the chakra to tighten all the molecules from short to long range.Suddenly a large volume of water appears next to us.I let the water fall to the ground almost creating a small lake.The water crushes into the ground and a small wave hits us as well leaving us soaking wet.The water would be helpful when a water source is required but it also can be used to crush the opponent with the huge water acquired.-

You know what, I will get clarification on that for you. I would say it should be limited to Tobirama only as he is the only known person to do it as of yet, but meh. I shall check.

I can't find anything else with the jutsu used.Zabuza used it against Kakashi to keep him imprisoned.
I will explain in steps:
1.Get close to the enemy.
2.Use a water source or create water to create a orb of water around the opponent.
3.Keep physical contact with the orb so the opponent can't escape.
4.Water clones can also be used.When and opponent destroys the clone the clones water can be used if you are quick enough.
How to get out of the orb:
1.Don't get captured in the first place xd.
2.Force the opponent to stop physical contact with orb.
3.If a Hyuuga one can use his chakra pressure points to release enough chakra to disrupt the water and escape.
I can't think of anything else

-I follow you to the river.As we get on the river I concentrate my Sui chakra.I send it to the ground.I use the released chakra to make the water rise around you.I make the water surround you and form it into an orb.I close you in the orb while keeping a constant flow of chakra to it.I make it as hard as steel so you can't break out.I keep constant physical contact with the orb.-

-I begin by molding every ounce of Sui chakra in my body.I let it stream through my whole chakra system turning every part of my chakra into Sui chakra.While I do this I remember the feeling of water flowing over my skin,the violent waves crashing against rocks.As I do this I use the Sui chakra in my body to slowly turn into water.I begin melting away.First my legs turn liquid followed by my abdomen and torso and finally my head.I lay on the ground as a puddle and slowly begin converting my chakra to normal to turn into my normal form.-
