Um first well remember when Sai was underground and Oro knew he was there? How well do you think that would work for Kakashi? Secondly Oro is faster than Kakashi and why would he dodge a thrown weapon? All he would have to do is deflect it with his sword or even take a one step sideways.
Secondly and most importantly Kakashi has nothing that can permanently damage Oro. Even if Kakashi could hurt him, which I have serious doubts about, then Oro would just regenerate and kill him. As long as Oro has chakra he can regenerate.
EDIT: How in the world does kakashi have eight votes? Why are fanboys still voting for him? Kakashi has about as much chance against Oro as Sakura does against Raikage. (I tried to make it an even comparison)

Kakashi would defeat orichimaru. He has the hidden leaf will of fire and graduated the academy at the age of 5 and was a jonin at the age of 13. His intelligence is better than shikamaru Nara and is considered to be hokage at rough times. And pain fearfully stated that kakashi must be stoped because he could be a great threat to the akatski. But the akatski also agreed that the tedo sensi tailed beast chackra acsorb would be alot faster with orichimaru. So you can't really judge a ninja battle anything can happen. Especially with brains, sasuke defeated danzo because he already thought out his opponent and knew his abilities, if he fought donzo hard headed he'd be a goner. So kakashi's lightning clone would already read his abilities. Orichimaru's getting weak sasuke defeated him sooo easily he's getting old kakashi's the next generation from oro. and the newer generations always stronger and surpasses. Oro. Even stated that him chackra controling fuin jutsu at his age is impressive. So I say they would both die

Kamui wouldn't do anything to Oro. First off kamui transports within this dimension. Second Oro can regenerate any body part that is lost to kamui. He regrew practically his whole body against Naruto.

ok i had a brain freeze and forgot that orochimaru can regrow limbs ,....sokakshi cant win oro. has better stamina ,more chakra,can summon the dead

I only need to hit Orochimaru ONCE with the Kumui! That would make him lose an arm. He cant preform hand seals then. And THAT leaves him vulnerable for a good ol' LIGHTNING BLADE! I mean how useful was Orochimaru when the third hokage sealed his arm? Not very useful huh? lol he had Kabuto do everything for him!

Um hey dude Orochimaru can regrow limbs and other body parts and can regenerate from wounds. There is a reason why Kakashi was afraid to go against him. It is because he would lose.
