His arms were the only thing that was sealed. And he has been "Weakened" ever since. But if I'm not mistaken Kabuto helped him during the process when he was switching bodies. So yes he got them back.

He didn't seal Oro's jutsus. That was him just being a braggart, Hiruzen sealed Oro's arms because he couldn't seal his whole soul. But what Hiruzen didn't think about is that Oro takes over a new body every three years so he got all of his abilities back when he switched bodies. That was why Oro wanted Tsunade to heal him, so he could have them back while he was in that body. Personally I don't see why he couldn't have waited but hey he's impatient and he's Oro.
So in short yes, once he transferred bodies again he got the ability to do jutsus back.

He got them back by switching bodies which he can do during the battle too. The jutsu requires no handseals as shown when he was fighting sasuke. He just has to be in his "true" form.

Thnx but u said that Kakashi wudnt stand a chance against Oro? Ur underestimating Kakashi and how can he lose to Tsunade??

Your underestimating oro and overrating kakashi... He has a much bigger chakra supply and has many forbidden jutsu. Kakashi only has his sharingan and his so called 1000 copy jutsu that we have yet to see most of them. His MS takes a huge amount of chakra to use it's technique and so does using his sharingan alone. Oro has a sword that can pierce almost anything and grow longer. Not to mention his speed, and shape transformations.

Kakashi does stand a chance!!! Student of the 4th hokage, son of the white fang, copy ninja, the only non uchiha to unlock MS!! Oro was immortal in a way, without kabuto hed die!! Oro wants what kakashi has(sharingan). Oro is a tool!!

What does being a fan of a character have to do with this?? Determining the outcome of a match should be based off logic, not favoritism and it's obvious that's what your basing your decision off. Anyone could see call this match, tho it's wouldn't be too easy, Oro would be the victor in the end regardless f him having MS.
