As strong as he is I'm sure he does have Mangekyo(u) Sharingan. He probably stole it of course from another Uchiha IF he isn't Madara. But... Who else could it even be...? I hate masks!!! XD too secretive!!!!

When he uses his time-space technique his eye doesnt change, so its not MS ability, so im curious, if he never got MS it would be obvious that he wanted the Rin'negan because he is basically giving up nothing, but with one MS eye less, he loses one ability(Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Kamui,etc..) and the Susano'o.

he might not have one but he could still be a uchiha hybrid because the rinnegan doesn't seem to be too much of a strain to him.if he had an ms he could've used it against konan but still rathered used a regular sharingan.

Why do you think that, Kakashi then has MS since Obito's death when he gave him his Sharingan and then inmediatly got the upgrade,? dont think so..., plus you need a 3 tomoe sharingan to get Ms.

I don't think tobi has one right now in his eye socket. It has never shown more then three tomoe and when he uses his space\time ninjutsu it only shows 3 tomoe. :\ Kishi is killing us right now. Also I'm pretty sure you can control stuff with a normal sharingan if you're skilled enough. Like how sasuke controlled manda and placed him under a genjutsu so he would listen. Tobi is pretty good with his sharingan.
