well i recently finished seeing the fight between ichigo and grimjow and what hapens next? it's like rukia is almost if not dead, ishida and renji are figthing and losing and sado is like rukia almost if not dead, and from one episode to the other they change the story and i want to know what happened to them.....any help?

and how did they escaped hueco mundo?
