powerful vs Intelligent

What is most important for you to be intelligent or strong (if you Ninja)
I mean: as strong as (Hidan) without intelligence or to be like (Shikamaru) high-smart

first of all dont say "as strong as hidan" since he was the weakest member you should say as strong as raikage

and i think itellegence wins since the strong just keep wasting chakra in powerfull moves but the smart one waits an opening at kills the opponent

hidan is the most stupid character in NS so i think raikage is smarter.... my opinion

Intelligence can give you a big advantage but there is a limit on how much power it can substitute (example: Nagato (lets assume he wasnt smart) VS that Shikamarus lap dog, the geek from his team (lets assume he is rly smart) who do you think would win? - i know its a radical example but it pretty much makes my point)

however there is a third kind smart and powerful: Minato, itachi, Madara, Hiruzen, im assuming Hashirama, ...

sometimes against a powerfull enemy all inteligence can tell u is that "your gonna die no matter what u, planned every possible outcome u could think off,and ur gonna die" xD
i would rather have inteligence anyday but i think without a little back up power u are screwed xD same as with too much power and no brains to use it,they balance each other
