NaruHina vs. NaruSaku

I think that Kishi have showed some hints for NaruSaku. Remember when Minato saved Kushina and how Naruto saved Sakura?

can u show me the kishi interview? u have to admit that the confession didn't seem honest at all. naruto i love you because SASUKE-KUN.... -_-
she's confessing to naruto but all u hear is sasuke this, sasuke that xD.
and when he didn't buy it she became angry. when people lie they tend to get angry and defensive. plus she didn't even look at him when she said i like u. that's another sign of a lie. people who tell the truth look into your eyes.

yeah i have to agree. i didn't have much hope for naruhina either. until i saw chapter 540. i was really shocked. what girl still loves a boy when he tries to blow her head of? 540 was not a good chapter for narusaku supporters xD.
so it kinda got my hopes up. but who knows we'll see what happens in the end.

From what I remember that seyiuu person was Chie Nakumura, seiyuu (voice actress) of Sakura.

A lot of people compare Naruto and Sakura to Minato and Kushina. But Naruto and Minato's personalities aren't quite the same - I think Naruto's more like his mother in terms of characteristics. And Kushina >>> Sakura to me...xd
I wonder which pairing Kishi favors? Probably NaruSaku. He seems to like Sakura more than Hinata too.

I'm a NaruHina. The reason is outside of the main focus characters (Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura). Naruto has shown more attention towards Hinata then any of the other characters. When i say this I mean out of the other Konoha 11 besides Sakura, Hinata is emphisized as a more important character to Naruto then any of the other (Ino, Tenten, Shikamaru, Choji, etc). During the chuunin exams he encouraged her that she had enough to beat Neji and vowed to beat him after Neji nearly killed her. During her flashback in the Invasion of Pain arc we saw how he stuck up for her when they were little. We also see how much Naruto actually means to her as she has never had any ill feelings towards him and has never done anything to hurt him or said anything against him. She has went out of her way to help Naruto whenever she could get the chance and has even adopted his nindo because of everything Naruto's done for her (increasing her confidence, and being her will to get stronger) and how much she loves him. The biggest NaruHina moment I believe was Hinata's attempt to help Naruto against Pain. It was Hinata, not Sakura who jumped in front of Naruto to defend him, knowing full well that she was no match for Nagato and knowing how high the possibility of her dying was. She didn't stand by while the person she loved was in danger and she sacrificed her life for him. She also found the courage enough to confess her love to him. When Hinata was struck down and Naruto thought she had died Naruto lost it and went 4 tails and then escilated. Naruto snapped because it was Hinata. I don't think that Naruto would've reacted that way against any other person (except for Sakura) as he played it cool when he found out Kakashi had died. Hinata is a far better person for Naruto and is a better general person then Sakura. There is the possibility of Naruto getting together with Hinata.
However I believe that since Sakura's the main protagonistic female and Naruto's the main male that they're going to get together because that's what always happens in these cases. However Hinata is the most popular female character in the series and it seems that the NaruHina fan base is superior to the NaruSaku in prefrence. If Kishi takes that into affect then there we have it.

Depends. Among western fandom, yes, but in Japan NaruSaku is more popular. Thing is, Kishimoto is oblivious about western fandom of his manga - he was asking if Sakura is poplar in US. In fact, im not sure if he knows well fandom in his own country.

Thats what i was getting at. I was speakin in terms of where I am and what iv seen. Sakura is definatly not as popular Hinata in th US. If Kish is more concerned with the west with this situation and decides to accomodate thn its going to be NaruHina. I'm not saying he is but part of being a writter is accomodating to what your fans want in certain areas (although it's emphisized that in all art that the artist does what feels right to him, so idk). Even though this is an action manga the emphisis on the drama and romance is what gives the Naruto series such a high fanbase, it attracts people who are attracted to the individual sub genre's and those who are interested in the series as a whole.

Hehe, yeah, NaruHina is definitely the more popular pairing in the US. But it seems Japanese fans prefer NaruSaku over NaruHina as much as we prefer the opposite. It's all up to Kishi...but hypothetically, say that we end up with NaruHina. Who do you think Sakura will go with?

NaruHina is for cute stories, and that's it. The whole totally shy girl shizzle seems boring to me, unless it's a complete romance thing.
NaruSaku can be everything. Sakura is a b!tch, but a thing between the two can be afiery business with plot-turns everywhere.

honestly? Being totally unbiased, I'm pretty sure that Naruto will end with no pairings. I hope so too cause these pairing wars can be pretty vicious.
I can see naruhina happening. I can also see narusaku happening. Right now it's an either/or situation. Exactly in the middle.
I prefer sasuhina naruhina though, but as long as naruto, whoever he's with, and Kishimoto are happy I guess that's all the matters.... ^_^

While I prefer another pairing than mentioned here, choosing between those two pairings, I would have to say that NaruHina makes more sense.
Yes, he and Sakura have a lot of interaction; yes he had a crush on her (though I'm not sure if he still has that now). But if she ever agreed to go out with him, I think he would be wondering if he was second choice for her, because she couldn't Sasuke.
With Hinata, he wouldn't have that problem because she's been devoted to him since she was little and never had even eye for Sasuke. Overall they make a sweet couple, while with Sakura he would probably be at risk of gaining brain damage by her fists whenever he does something stupid
