As you reveal the vacuum-basic-ninjutsu-inator Perry has activated his watch which fires a laser to his right hand shackle which will get broken. Then he quickly points the watch at his tail, legs and left hand and quickly all the shackles have broken. As you laugh towards the Narutobase-state area, Perry is already running towards you and performs Dynamic entry like kick to your abdomen, causing you to stumble backwards

When Perry is sent drifting away, he quickly sends chakra into the Water and the water current turns, heading towards you and letting Perry out of it as it transforms it into a snake that heads rushes at you and absorbs the electricity if you plan still on using it.

That is where you are mistaken! The vacuum-ninjutsu-inator also for some reason doubles as a real vacuum. O_O
-vacuum sucks the first weakened water bullet into its hose-
Seeing you controlling the water for your own use, I decide not to use the lightning jutsu instead I use

As the Earth dragon overpowers my Water serpent and continues towards me with the bubbles, Perry opens his mouth and breathes out a Wind storm that blows the water streams away and has enough power to guide the rock dragon away from it's course and away from him. The rock dragon then crashes on spot next to Perry, making a huge hole in the floor.
