Those rocks were too big to do cutting damage; they just did blunt damage, which isn't bad, but your can swirl them faster and erode flesh faster if you use just large sand grains.

You have to use smaller grains so that they won't have so much wind resistance and won't be blow away as easily. Also, move it MUCH faster.
