sorry but read the manga or dont make threads like this cause in the manga itachi has revealed several times he wanted sasuke to kill him and achieve the mangekyo and become a hero to konoha for being the uchiha avenger. He even went as far as using shishui eye to mind control sasuke into protecting konoha even if he sided with madara.... so he wanted sasuke to have the ms if he didnt itachi wouldnt have tried to die in the fight
He said right after the massacre that Sasuke would need to get the Mangekyo he also told him how. Itachi wanted Sasuke to become strong. Perhaps to defeat Madara or to protect himself from Danzo etc otherwise he would have never made him hate him so much. He would never have needed to abuse him and telling him he is weak. But sure its strange he did those things and told him to kill his best friend (Naruto) perhaps Kishi really wanted him to be evil then.

u think u knw everythin but u dont. u said he gave amaterrasu to sasuke to kill madara befoe telling him the truth. LOL he didnt even knw madara knew the truth and sasuke wouldnt have got ms from something sum1 said he wouldve had to kill his best friend. u dont knw everything

Well i think i read the manga enough and from this i inferred that the mangyekyu can be obtained by losing someone close to you and through hard training, after sasuke killed iTACHI HE DID NOT HAVE THE MANGYEKU bt he had itachi`s (since itachi planted it within him) amaterasu which he used on madara; it was after madara toold him the truth itachi didn`t want him t know that he gained the magyekyu
as for shisui eye it was a failsafe just in case his earlier plan din`t work then the koto amatsukami would affect him
