Who is controlling the new Paths of Pain?

The the new Paths of Pain with six Jinchuuriki do not have chakra rods so are they being controled by Madara or Kabuto.

If they ae being controled by Kabuto then Madara can be easily cheated!

If they are being controlled by Madara how is he doing it?

I choosed Kabuto, Madara might have implanted his Rinnegan into the Six Jinchuuriki's, but Kabuto still controls them. That's probably why everthing is working out in his favor.

I think it reacts on DNA or something. Otherwise Nagato would have summoned them to his location before fighting Naruto and Bee.

nagatos cant do a thing about them , remember he is dead , if u say that nagato can control them also then u must also say that itachi can control the MS in sasuke .

They are surely Edo summons by Kabuto. But we know that Tobi has some powerful genjutsu. He conrolled Yagura and Nine tails, so I believe he controls those previous Jinchuurikies with his genjutsu.

It is Madara who is controlling the new Six Paths of Pain, just because they don't have the chakra rods doesn't mean anything, the chakra rods were used because Nagata was controlling them from a large distance, yet Madara is in close proximity to them, hence he does not need to shove Chakra rods all over them.
