I disagree with the Nagato path switching part. To me it seemed the only reason why Nagato said which path he was using was so the reader knew what was going on. If when he switched to human path nothing was said, then when he pulled the chakra out of Naruto we would have had no idea what was going on. Him saying "Preta Path" or "Human Path" IMO is no different than someone else saying the name of the jutsu they're using. Its just there so the reader knows whats going on. The Mangekyo I don't have any problems with as of now for restrictions. I don't see the need to count the activation as a move, but I agree 100% on getting some usage limits on the MS techniques and its duration.

If you look at the text carefully you will notice that there is no speech bubble around "preta pat" and "human path" when he uses it. Like you said, I believe its just there to show what technique he is using, and possibly to show that he can use all of the powers of the 6 paths without having to use the 6 bodies.

I disagree with being a sensei for MS. Like and some others will never become a sensei because all you get to do is teach and do bio/sensei tests. I think that is basis(I think that is how you spell it).

You can take the sensei test strictly for the ability to gain the Magyenko Sharingan. you dont have to teach if you dont want to.

I don't agree on being able to take the MS test without being a sensei.. That will just make a lot of people power hungry wanting to make uchihas just to spam the MS >.<

You technically dont have to be a sensei to gain the MS you just need to able to pass the sensei test. This is to prove to the mods and admins that you have enough skill and experience to be able to use it effectivelly without exaggerating its power.

Alright I understand the fact that everything is on a stand still because Rei is on an inactive binge and everything the rp mods are trying to do are currently on hiatus until she comes back and approves or declines or what have you and I know some of the things that are on the list...such as certain cannon characters and abilities then the RP stuff it's self......

But since the RP section is a highly popular section alone, why not just temporarily place Nexus and the Super Mods as the heads of the RP section for the time being so that things can get on the road.

I am willing to help out in Bio rules and yes I know it is impossible for me to get my old powers back (and I don't want them back xd). I am just trying to be helpful and suggest new things to keep this RP up to date and not as strict as it currently is on certain things. I have alot of time on my hands at this point in time, well not a terrible amount I am currently helping with something xd

I am sorry, but why is everything on hold because of one person who barely RPs or hasn't had any comparable amount of time of RPing towards most members that participate. One admin doesn't make the RP nor does any one person. Especially, since most the admin here if I believe don't even RP.

They play around with their site powers to assume a high position in the RP. We have a staff of mods, put them to work. You even have voluntary members, put them to work. You have noobs with suggestion, think about it first and then put it to work. What, I am trying to say is get the community involved.

However, he stressed that the codes that were important to the village are worth far more than the lives of his comrades. With this set of priorities, Kisame resolved to massacre his own team-mates when they were in danger of falling into the hands of Ibiki Morino during a mission to protect such valuable information. Later, Fuguki was revealed to have been leaking information to enemies, and was attacked by Kisame.

As one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Fuguki was one of the most powerful shinobi produced within Kirigakure. Fuguki's generation of swordsmen were noted to be the strongest in the village's history and just like those other members, he too was capable of using Silent Killing, as seen when fighting the Third Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces while under the effect of his former colleague Zabuza Momochi's Hidden Mist Technique. Fuguki also demonstrated the ability to launch his hair in the form of spiked needles. With his great sword: Samehada, which was noted to be the most frightening of the seven blades, Fuguki could absorb chakra from his opponents. He must have had a large chakra reserve like Kisame Hoshigaki and Killer B to satisfy Samehada as well.

Fuguki's signature weapon is called Samehada, a sentient, scale-covered sword, that shaves flesh instead of cutting it. Only Fuguki is able to wield Samehada; if anyone besides him tries to pick it up, spikes protrude from its handle, and it returns to Fuguki's side. Fuguki can also heal and replenish his chakra by taking some of Samehada's chakra.

Restrictions


- The member must be at Sannin rank or higher in order to create a Fuguki bio, since Fuguki is the wielder of Samehada.
- The member must take a battle test against an opponent chosen by a RP mod. If they fail they must wait a month before retrying the test.
- The member can only absorb chakra 3 times per battle and up to S rank jutsus.
- The member can heal 3 times per battle only if Samehada has absorbed chakra from the opponent's body.
- As of now Fuguki is unable to fuse with Samehada.

On a serious note, this community is very helpful, just look at all the sensei's and sempai's taking their time to teach newer students. There are countless other ones that want to help with RP but just don't have a way to do it. Possibly because they can't become sensei or sempai. Some people, can write the restrictions are rules, and all that stuff and then PM it to RP Mods who check them make some adjustments and then post them. I'm just saying to mods, to use the help you can get, because it will make both sides(Mods & Community) happy.

I agree with the idea of removing the need for an admin's permission for certain clans. I think those rules are out dated and were just there for when we didn't know as much about the clans and KG were really rare. Since Haku and Kimmimaru there have been a bunch of new KG introduced and their rarity has decreased a lot. I don't think ice needs a battle tester or else every other KG should have it as well. To be honest I don't think Kaguya really need a battle test either, but I know the Kaguyas here on the base like their clan to be a little restricted. When you're taking a Kaguya battle test the way I see it you're not just testing for the KG, but you're also testing to be trained by the likes of Goro and Mugi.

Indeed. When he uses Deva Paths abilities the same thing happened but with the name of the ability "Divine attactrion". So no, he is not changing paths...simply the preta and human path didn't get their abilities named, so for the reader to know their abilities, kishi named it that way...

Minato, Madara, Kaguya, Pein.. hmm. who else.. All those have both a written and battle test..

I will not deny that many of the restrictions are outdated.
Our priorities are to create the new restrictions for the new characters introduced first, and then try and revamp the old ones.
Rei being inactive, and most of the important stuff in the RP having to go through her, we are kinda stuck on that aspect.

Also, we are overwhelmed by the amount of stuff we have to do, whether it is checking bios, customs and what not. But trust me, going through the old restrictions and requirements for the bios are on the list.

The way i see it, only MS, EMS, Rinnegan, Dust Release, Dark Release, Orochimaru, Sage Mode, Cursed mark, Mei Terumi, Jinchurikis and Cristal Release should need permission. But i don't think that any power in the RP should only be available for Senseis. The tests themselves i agree for the above as all these abilities are stronger than all the others. But any elemental KG as has been shown in later chapters shouldn't, as they appear to be trainable and developed. Even Mu trained Onooki in a KG expansion when all of us believed that such things were actually in ones bloodline (clans, family etc). So Lava, Ice, Boil, Wood, Steel, Swift, etc should be "free" but still need training.

Agreed but the restrictions and stuff made by Rei are a little outdated.

I agree to most of this. I don't think admin permission should be needed for everything, such as an ice because that doesn't make sense to me. Ice is just as goodas a bio with lava release or dark or something. You don't need permission to make an uchiha, so why should you for custom ice bio?

Also, i wish crystal would be made so you can make a custom bio with crystal release. We only saw haku use her ice release but we can make custom ice bios, which doesn't make sense to me.

As for the MS i think anyone should be able to take the test, just like anyone can make nagato bios. I mean, anyone can use the 6 paths if they pass the test, but one can't get MS unless they get permission? I just don't understand that.

Anyway, my rant is over...

I saw one character with dark release... but we can make custom dark release bios right?

You are allowed to make a custom with any kg but you can only have 1 bio with the kg you want for example i already have crystal release i cant make a custom bio with crystal release....no back on topic... i agree to some extent to you but the MS should be reduced or at least allow players with less post attain an uchiha bio

I agree on some parts that you have stated about how Nagato's 6 Paths needs to restricted and the Ying-Yang part.But I believe you have misunderstand-ed Dark Release. Dark Release requires permission from 2 or more RP Mods to be able to create a custom biography.And it's quiet hard to obtain permission if your not very familiar with your mods.
