I agree with the idea of removing the need for an admin's permission for certain clans. I think those rules are out dated and were just there for when we didn't know as much about the clans and KG were really rare. Since Haku and Kimmimaru there have been a bunch of new KG introduced and their rarity has decreased a lot. I don't think ice needs a battle tester or else every other KG should have it as well. To be honest I don't think Kaguya really need a battle test either, but I know the Kaguyas here on the base like their clan to be a little restricted. When you're taking a Kaguya battle test the way I see it you're not just testing for the KG, but you're also testing to be trained by the likes of Goro and Mugi.

That basically explains what I want to say about Ice Release.

I disagree with being a sensei for MS. Like and some others will never become a sensei because all you get to do is teach and do bio/sensei tests. I think that is basis(I think that is how you spell it).

Uchihas should need permission since Dark, Steel, Swift, Ice, Jinchuuriki, Madara, Nagato/Paths and any other needs permission from someone. Uchihas are more powerful then Ice, Steel, Swift and Dark and maybe even Jinchuuriki.

I also think Kaguya should just have battle test and not written test also. All it is, is taijutsu.

its an interesting point, but i disagree with the nagato bio restrictions considering the restrictions in order to get one...

i am a little biased however because i want a nagato bio

I disagree with being a sensei for MS. Like and some others will never become a sensei because all you get to do is teach and do bio/sensei tests. I think that is basis(I think that is how you spell it).

why can't it go threw nexus or cailburn? they are active ( yes nexus is busy and cail isn't an admin but he is very exp g mod and nexus um...)

On Rei's profile it says something about updating the RP, thats why she's not giving permission for a special bio. How long do u think it will be before this happens?

o.o for the crystal release not having customs its because of the rarity of characters that can use it Guren is the only one known user of crystal remember she was an experiment of orochimaru so that may be why she is the only one and can you create a bokuton(explosion release) custom bio?

Right now it hasn't been confirmed which elements make up bokuton. Therefore, until we find that out, and until restrictions are made, bokuton bios will not be accepted.

Deidara is a special case, as we have seen all of his abilities, we also have a pretty clear understanding of how his techniques work.

I did my research on this and sent it to Zen but never got a responds back I think.

The is being biasis, if that is the case then everything that is close to power to MS should be required to be a sensei, Madara, Minato, Kaguya, and Ice.
