No, Itachi didn't give Sasuke Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo. He just gave him automatic Amaterasu when he sees Tobi.

i think an uchiha can get an ms when his heart is filled with hatred, grief or WILL TO POWER to protect someone, revange or fight for something special.

revange = sasuke
grief = itachi + sasuke
hatred = madara + sasuke, but madara didnt seem to be such a hater when he was young, only after he took or got the ms from his brother he got kinda mad.

protect someone = itachi and shisui, maybe madara and his brother protecting each other
will to power = madara and his brother again

this would be freaking nice to see how itachi lost his nerves and paniced and lost shisuis eye in his and falling down to the floor and eaten by a dog, afterwards he had to wait till the dog got to the toilett, so he can get it back. then he smell at it and got his ms.
