Description: The user's concentrate's allot of Honey chakra trough his mouth, and then he releases a burst of Honey which will cover the whole Long range arena in front of the user, because of the Liquid strength the Honey will be so strong that after releasing the user then has no not the opportunity to get out of the Honey because it's stickiness, this jutsu can attack multiple enemies and it's usable to use it on the ground for Defense, if doing that then the user won't have a way to walk until performing a weakness element against the Honey Burst.

Note: 3 Time's per battle
Note: No S-Rank Honey next turn.

Description: The user will focus their chakra, creating Wings made from Honey. These wings are like and extension of the user and can be used for Flight in a battle. These wings protect the users back and can only be destroyed by Fire or Lightning attacks. These wings are 1 meter long, each of them. The Honey in the wings has a unique structure that makes it so the Honey is very light and so is able to allow the user to fly.

While appearing or even feeling solid, it will continue to flow at very slow rates. Honey has a glass transition between -42 and -51 °C (-44 and -60 °F). Below this temperature, honey enters a glassy state and will become a non-crystalline amorphous solid.

(Souken Shintou: Chou Kai) Blitz Impact: Butterfly Effect

Description: The user creates one handsign which then forms blitz impact clouds if none are created already after the clouds are made in that split second the user will raise a hand into the air making a mass of small sparks of blitz lightning come from the clouds and converge on a selected place that the user targets. The sparks will not affect the user as of he can control where they land and manipulate them to where they wont touch him.
User takes 10 damage from this jutsu.
Can only be used two times in battle.
No blitz over Arank next turn.

This bird is 4 meters long.

(Souken Shintou: Souken Nagashi) Blitz Impact Release: Blitz Current

Description: An upgraded version of chidori nagashi. Blitz being faster than regular lightning makes this faster than nagashi. The user uses the chakra in his body to make blitz impact chakra to flow around his body just like a regular nagashi and by making one handseal the user can expand the nagashi by sending it out like a wave out to a mid range distance around his areas. The wave is a 360 burst of blitz lightning. Can not be focused into metal objects as the blitz impact will disintegrate it as soon as it enters it.

Description: Creates one large mushroom anywhere within range, with either a bright red top with white large dots or a black top.
  • If red, the mushroom will release a blinding mist of spores that will secrete a liquid that causes irritation to the eyes, nose and throat of anyone who inhales them.
  • If black, the mushroom will release an odorless, colorless mist with hallucinogenic properties, making them see a party of dwarfs all around them, which will forcefully distract them from the fight.
The mushroom will release it's toxins over the course of 3 turns, at the end of which it will decay. The mists will take 1 full turn to spread through the max reach (about 20 meters all around the mushroom)

The longer the contact, the further the the fungus spread and the putrification intensifies, if the opponent is unable to remove himself from the grasp of the opponent, the putrification of his organs will cause death.

10.( Mashuru-muton: Make no Ari-Musha ) Mushroom Release: Defeat of the Myrmidons

Description: The user releases a burst of microscopic spores, easily detected by doujutsu, more difficult to see with the naked eye, which will quickly and suddenly spread to mid-range. These spores are based on the action of Ophiocordyceps unilateralis against the population of carpenter ants. Any bug in the vicinity, being it normal bugs on the area, Aburame bugs or Summoned bugs, will grow a dark fungus on their head, loosing all control over themselves and will be at the control of the user. The fungus will quickly putrify the inside of the bug, while keeping the legs intact. Over the duration of the turn, the user will be able to command the bugs into attacking the opponent, or infect other bugs in further ranges, before the bug dies. Larger bugs will require more time to be infected. This jutsu is restricted to affect only Arthropods, it will not affect Humans or other Animals.

Description: The user with bite there thumb performing 2 handseals and slamming there hands to the ground performing a form of summoning. This will cause a mass wave of carbon to be summoning out of the earth with the atomic structure almost as hard as daimond. This carbon will come up all around the feild wrapping around the opponent at high speeds binding them them. Much like gaara's sand coffin but on a greater scale. The carbon will move at great speeds binding the target/targets covering everything up to 10 meters high making. As the carbon binds the target, the user will peform one handseal and then slam their hand to the ground causing all the carbon to compress itself together at great speeds with intense force crushing anthing bound in the carbon. This jutsu covers the entire battlefeild and when the user remains on top of the layer of carbon. If the "Carbon feild" jutsu has already been used, this jutsu is twice as fast.

The lower the rank used the smaller the creature made, and the less chakra used. The B rank version can create creatures the size of rats or small birds. The A rank version can create creatures the size of a dog or a bit bigger. The S rank version can create large beasts to fight, but this requires an existing carbon source on the feild that the user controls. The user can control the structure of the carbon beasts to either make them nearly as hard as diamond, or as soft as graphite.

After the target is bound the user can perform one handseal causing the caramel to heat up at great speeds burning the target/targets causing greate damage.

Description: User concentrates Water and Earth based chakra on surroundings, creating various plants. Bigger the plants are, the higher the chakra cost is and it requires making Dog - Dragon - Rabbit handseals before the jutsu creating plants. This technique is mainly used to create basic plants common for Temperate broadleaf and mediterreanean forests. The plants that are created each have their own ups and downs for example, dry plants are weak against fire as healthy and fresh plants are strong against fire. This technique cannot be used in closed areas made of stone, unless there's dirt showing.
Note:
  • The type of plants this technique can create is plants common for Temperate broadleaf forests and mediterranean forest (including plants that survive in these conditions)
  • No Raiton can be used at the same turn

Description: User performs Ram → Dragon → Rat hand seals and focuses chakra into existing Iron sources or ground to gather Iron for this technique, though that is a bit slower than having already existing iron source. The technique is a stronger version of Iron Technique that can create larger objects, defenses and attacks than the previous technique couldn't. This too can be used to create rivers of liquid Iron that solidifies when user desires so. This technique requires ability to perform regular Iron release technique.
Note:
  • Cannot be used on same turn with Raiton techniques
  • Advanced version of basic Iron Technique.

Description: The user will perform 2 handseals slamming their hands oin the ground performing a summoning jutsu to summon a gourd of caramel. This is a gourd of caramel link Gaara's sand gourd on his back. This caramel gourd is full of a liquid form of caramel which the user carries around with them all the time and is constantly infused with the users chakra. This liquid caramel can be reformed to make hard caramel attacks or it can be heated up and reformed and stretched. Much like gaara's sand, this Caramel can be used for attacks or defence that require a caramel source by the user at any time. Due to this caramel already being infused with the users chakra then can control and manipulate it almost instantly to suit their needs. The caramel is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra. It can keep up with up to 3rd gate speed or sage mode users, and can block S ranks and below.

Note: The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 5 times per battle
Note: The defencive ability counts as a jutsu.
Note: -20 chakra for each turn the user has this.

Description: The user manipulates the silicone sand on the ground all over the battlefield. Silicone sand raises all over the battlefield and makes a labyrinth(maze). The labyrinth`s paths are always different each time it is used. Even the user and sharingan(3T) users can`t find their way out. The labyrinth`s walls are two feet thick and seven foot tall there is a ceiling that is one foot thick. The labyrinth is solid(compressed) silicone sand.

Even though the user is blinded by the storm, the user can sense anything inside the storm as long as it has chakra. The storm is made of the user`s chakra and anything disrupts it the user will sense(like Chakra Sensing Rain).

I have Hell Fire Mode Already approved. I am Re-posting it with Improvements in English with addition to more details and explanation in Here. Hell Fire Mode was approved before I had Hell Fire as CE, so it was Not a CE Only Jutsu at that time but now I am reserving it for CE only Jutsu. Further I have introduced a Stage 2 as well.

User can only use Hell Fire/Fire Element. It’s a kind of sage Mode. This Jutsu can be turned into Stage Two Only if it’s used After Fire Mode.


Abilities Gained:
1. User can sense Heat presence from all distances with pin point accuracy.
2. User can Manipulate Fire and Hell Fire at his own will, even all his opponents fire jutsus.
3. User can fly by turning his body into a flaming body speed is equivalent of 3rd gate.

He then charges lightning chakra into his feet and runs at high speeds at the enemy and thrusts it at the enemy. As he does this, the wind circling around the user’s hand mixes in with the Divine Wind at this point, and creates an a Chidori with enough wind in it to blast back everything in the immediate vicinity. The user is then forced backwards in the explosion, causing small amounts of damage.

The user can clap up to 4 times in a row, with each clap gaining in strength. If the user choices to make 3 claps or more, it requires a long string of handseals that take around 3 seconds to perform. Each clap strength increases on a scale like this one:
1st clap: (B-Rank) strong enough to knock back a man
2nd clap: (A-Rank) strong enough to knock back a car

Lightning then appears within his the palm of his hand and starts to spiral inwards around his arm. At this point, the user’s arm start to become numb. After holding and charging more Lightning into the vortex, the user fires it off at the enemy (a spinning vortex of wind surrounding a cluster of lightning that sends an electric current through everything it touches) with power varying upon how long he charges Lightning into it. The user can charge lightning into the vortex for at least two turns. If held in that long, the power of the vortex will be strong enough to blast through the gates of konoha with ease. Description: The user focuses divine wind chakra in the air around the him and the opponent. He then makes a series of hand signs and manipulate the divine wind chakra that was around them to create a huge vortex of divine wind. The wind acts as a tornado of sorts, causing anything other than the user and enemy on the inside of it to be swirled and tossed around. Once caught in the middle of it, the high levels of wind and pressure will make it hard to form handseals due to the speed and power of the wind. While trapped within, the power of the wind becomes stronger and thinner each turn, producing a slicing effect on anything within (meaning both the enemy and the user start to get cut from the wind, negating the effectiveness of any genjutsu due to continuous pain). By the second turn (if the user continues the jutsu that long), the wind and lightning both strike inwards, with lightning paralyzing every object and the wind slicing them to shreds.
Note: If used in short range, it is almost guaranteed death of both the user and enemy due to the power of the wind and lightning together. If used within mid-long range, the wind and lightning are enough to severely damage both the enemy and user if still within it once the wind cuts inwards.

This small star is very hot causing the opponent to feel the heat waves before they are even in range of the technique and will burn through whatever it makes contact with. But it's true power lies in the fact that the orb is able to expand in the users palm to that that rivals Sage Mode's Massive Rasengan, hence why the user must use so many seals to activate and control the technique.

Description: The ultimate technique of all known Plasma Release techniques, it requires a staggering amount of Chakra to use as well as skill and time enough to perform its demanding fifty-five hand seals. Including the aforementioned, the user must have utilized the Plasma Release: Star Summoning Cosmic Body Creation. After doing so the user sends the Star into the sky and begins the hand seals after while doing so the user concentrates all of their Chakra into the star that they created causing it to expand into a larger size. Their Chakra takes on the role of matter, and coverges on the star eventually causing it to collapse. When the star collapses it becomes a supernova, imploding in on itself and creating a devastating shockwave that will eradicate or destroy anything within 12 kilometres. The technique is not only extremely powerful but highly dangerous. The user must be within the 12 kilometers range to use the technique and out-running the shockwave is highly difficult. The toll on the physical body is also problematic and can kill the user by the sheer expenditure of Chakra.

Description: The user can launch several condensed orbs of atmospheric pressure from their mouth that can be directed in the air to surround the opponent and come together from all sides to prevent escape. After the orbs get close enough, the user can make them explode. The user can also instead release one massive blast of atmospheric pressure instead of separating them. The massive blast of wind is the same size as Pressure Damage, the smaller blasts are half the size of Vacuum Great Sphere.

The user can control the structure of the carbon beasts to either make them nearly as hard as diamond, or as soft as graphite.

Note: Can only create one animal per useage
Note: The user can only create things within short range of him
Note: Must have a carbon source

Note: Can only make 3 clones at a time 3 times per battle.

Description: The user will perform 2 handseals slamming their hands oin the ground performing a summoning jutsu to summon a gourd of caramel. This is a gourd of caramel link Gaara's sand gourd on his back. This caramel gourd is full of a liquid form of caramel which the user carries around with them all the time and is constantly infused with the users chakra. This liquid caramel can be reformed to make hard caramel attacks or it can be heated up and reformed and stretched. Much like gaara's sand, this Caramel can be used for attacks or defence that require a caramel source by the user at any time. The caramel is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra. It can keep up with up to 3rd gate speed or sage mode users, and can block S ranks and below.

Note: The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 5 times per battle
Note: The defencive ability counts as a jutsu.
Note: -20 chakra for each turn the user has this.

While appearing or even feeling solid, it will continue to flow at very slow rates. Honey has a glass transition between -42 and -51 °C (-44 and -60 °F). Below this temperature, honey enters a glassy state and will become a non-crystalline amorphous solid.

Description: The user raises silicone sand from the ground or an existing silicone sand. This makes a silicone sand storm the whirls around like a sand storm. It gets into the opponent(s) eyes making them blind for two full turns. The user can sense anything inside the storm as long as it has chakra. The storm acts as the hidden mist and is made of the user`s chakra no one can see through it expect the user who has more visibilty in the strom. Anything disrupts the storm, the user will sense it(like Chakra Sensing Rain).

Description: The user releases a mist of black spores, which, upon contact or when desired, will grow into dark fungus, with the exact same characteristics as the Main Release fungus, but differing in color. As soon as it is released, the mist will aggregate into clones, the size of the mist being proportional to the amount of clones created. The clones, although tangible and similar to the user in shape, are simply an aggregation of spores, and as such may not use any techniques apart from Mushroom Jutsus up to B rank. But they are light and fast, and can desegregate, assuming an hybrid mist/clone form. The mist will shift is such way that it will seem like a swarm of flies, despite not being able to spread much more that 1 meter from the originating clone.
*Like any clone technique, this jutsu creates up to 4 clones*
