Anyone teching Ice / Rain / Ice Rain?

I see, I also found Crutch Kaguya teaching Rain. And I also saw that there is a Rain test. So what about Ice rain? Does this have a test too, or is it a part of Rain?

Ice Rain is just a variation of Rain, as Akiza has told me. And yes, Rain requires a test. You'll have to meet the requirements set in the Bio Rules section and then go see Akiza for the test.
No, I don't think you can, since to make a Rain bio you'll have to originate from Amegakure or have strong relations to Amegakure and i'm not sure that you can alter something like that on a Canon bio like Haku. I'd ask Cali or another RP Mod.

Hmm, and do you have any ideas what are the requirements to get an approval? Obviously she won't give it away just to anyone. Can I make a custom bio with Rain and Ice Rain and later, if I get Rei's approval, add Yuki clan to it?

No idea tbh...just go out and ask her. Yeah, you can, but you must also meet the requirements for Rain, which I don't know right off of the top of my head. So just go check the rules and if you meet the requirements try out for your rain test. But it's all your decision.
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to, it is a basic ninja weapon. o.o

Don't know, in his description it says that using special Medical and ANBU knowledge he is very skilled at aiming for peoples vital points and can put someone to sleep with 1 senbon so I thought I should also have some Med knowledge.

on here no med knowledge is needed for using senbons, it was haku's specific training background of medical and anbu training that let him throw senbons in pressure points to knock people out like that, NB medjutsu and training is different (i think, im not a med student xd) and lets you use healing jutsu, if you've seen hospital threads where mugiwara heals people thats the kind of stuff you learn here.
and rei isn't giving out special bio permission atm so you'd have to wait till the new system they are working on to come out to make it
