Tenten is my all time favorite girl ninja, but Hinata wins in my opinion.

I'll go with Hinata. I believe her to be the strongest kunoichi out of her agemates (Sakura, Ino, and Tenten). All of whom fight relitivly close in range (with the exception of Ino, although her jutsu isn't really that affective in one on one like this I don't think. It's more of a team jutsu).
