naruto vs kisame

if naruto gets into sage mode it is over for kisame... why?
frogs can breath under water i think... so water dome is no big deal.....
kisame(not transformed)= samehada turns into stone frog
kisame(transformed)= kisame himself turns into stone frog

without sage mode.... Naruto's best chances are using Kuchiyose no jutsu summoning all the frogs he can.....
