Nagato couldn't fight directly to an opponent, I mean the 7th pain but here we see Madara not affected by such a thing. Is it because he is an Utchiha; because of the Eternal Mangekue or what!

I'm sure many of you figured this out a long time ago so please share your thoughts about this.

It's because Nagato had all those chakra receivers/senders in his back. He chose to fight with the 6 paths of Pain and not himself.

Madara isnt reanimating dead bodies with his chakra like Nagato did. Madara is using his Edo Zombie pets as hosts for his Rinnegan eyes. Since the bodies are already reanimated, Madara doesnt have to waste any chakra moving them. Nagato did.

Nagato couldn't fight directly , because of the chakra rods that was put in his back , while fighting Hanzo the first time , so his body became weak & maybe Hanzo's explosive tags may have crippled his legs . On the other hand , nothing like this happened to Madara , so this is why they are different.
