Personality: Rokai can be Quiet and prefer to remain to himself in secluded areas at times but gets along with just about anybody. some say he has potential to be Raikage someday if he would take being a ninja more seriously. he is the type to sneak around into the adult video/book store rather than training and learning jutsu. he is skilled at ninjutsu though and when it comes to completing a mission or protecting someone he wont fail you. No matter the situation Rokai always keeps calm.

Background Info.
History:Rokai is a distant cousin to the 4th Raikage. He lives on his own (like Naruto) because of the tragic death of his parents. When he was 7 his parents were assassinated on a top secret mission to Amegakure. Not knowing the reason for leaving the village or how they even died left Rokai in Shock. This is why he is quiet most of the time. without any parents to guide him he saw bee as his role model, how the village didn't wanna accept him but he always kept his cool. Rokai followed that path.
At the age of 12 he became a Genin and has the potential to become a Chunin. His teammates were the twins Oyoto Yuki and Mamoto Yuki . Claiming that he doesn't feel like being a Chunin, he trained with barely any motivation. he soon begins to fall down the path of being a pervert. At 14 he was caught peeping into a hot spring that was occupied by a kunoichi. she quickly threw a kunai in defense and Rokai dodging a fatal attack was slashed on his lower left cheek.
Now 15, Rokai feels as though he is ready to become a Chunin and takes being a ninja more seriously. Rokai wants to better himself as a ninja and become as honorable as his parents once were
