Fire Release is one of the 5 basic elements.It is a nature transformation,primarily used for offensive purposes.The user manipulates the heat of their chakra to create fire.Fire is mostly used for offensive purposes but it can be used for defense to stop enemy weapons or even cancel out a jutsu.Fire is naturally strong against Wind because the wind feeds the fire and weak against water.It is a very common element in the village of Konohagakure and it is a primary element to all Uchihas.
Users:Kakashi Hatake,Jiraya,Sasuke Uchiha,Itachi Uchiha and Asuma Sarutobi.

Hands you a leaf

-I take the chakra paper leaf and place it on my left hand.I cover it with my right hand so the leaf does not fly away.As soon as my hand lands on the paper I mold my chakra and send it to my hands and into the paper.While I am sending the chakra I remember the warmth and the feel of the fire.I begin to feel a new chakra,a warm but dangerous chakra.I focus and send this newly found chakra into the leaf,still focusing on the image of fire and remembering its feel.-
Also I have a question.I think I know what you mean by "to bring new life".For ex. Ninja 1 uses a Lightning tech to send a current of electricity through the ground to shock Ninja 2.Ninja 2 jumps up to avoid it but uses a Katon technique at the earth to bring up new earth and insulate himself.
Please correct me if I am mistaken and if I am wrong please explain it to me.

Well, the leaf is incinerated so good job on that....
As for the "bring new life" I meant in reference to the Ninja himself. Ninja 1 and Ninja 2 both have a fire within them. They could be beaten and up against the ropes, but give them a little bit of air and the smallest spark ignite a force to be reckoned with, bringing forth new life, renewed vigor or fightning spirit.
Also, the phoenix is born from flames.

Ok got it.
-I preform the tiger hand seal several times just to make sure I remember it.The last time I preform the hand seal I begin molding my newly found chakra in my lungs.I inhale while keeping the chakra flow in tact and molding it in the lungs.As I begin to exhale the chakra comes up and flies through my mouth in the shape of a small fireball.I aim the small fireball at a practice dummy in short range.Upon impact the fireball would make a small explosion and burn the enemy.-

I don't think it will reach you because it is short range but ok.
-As you are running to mid range I focus my Ka chakra into my lungs.I keep adding more and more chakra to it to increase the fireballs power and range.I focus on the warmth of the fire,the image of a fire burning.I preform the tiger hand seal and force my chakra from my lungs into my mouth and spew a small fireball aiming for you.Upon impact if the fireball reaches you it will create a medium sized explosion causing burn injuries.-

The Fireball only goes to Short range and then extinguishes.
Good Try. I did that because I wanted to make sure that you understood that you have to pay attention to the range of each jutsu you are using when you are using it in a fight.

-I watch as you preform the handseals and memorize them for future use.After repeating the hand seals a few times and memorizing them I begin molding Ka chakra,but this time in a finer form.I mold my chakra to be in the form of flammable gas.I spew out the gas aiming for another dummy in short range of me.-
You should check if it will burn.-hands you an explosive kunai and backs up-
Well this technique can be used as distraction or to attack the enemy.I've thought of a few ways to use it:
1.While in short range of the opponent throw a smoke bomb and use this jutsu to confuse the enemy into thinking it is just smoke.
2.Use it on a kage bunshin and send the clone at the enemy.When in range of the enemy activate a explosive tag to amplify it's explosion.
3.Just spew it over the damn guy and keel him xd

Watch me, I will do it slowly for you. And then I want you to try it on your own.
After performing 4 handseals, the last of them being Tiger, raise my hand to my mouth with my pointer finger forming a ring, and spit out a huge fireball from my mouth.

-I watch you carefully preforming the handseals and repeat them several times to memorize them.While preforming the hand seals the last time I concentrate Ka chakra in my lungs gathering it and molding it.After preforming the Tiger hand seal I create a ring with my index finger and place it on my lips while at the same time I force my Ka chakra out creating a large fireball which comes out of my mouth.I direct the fireball at a nearby tree which catches fire as soon as the fireball hits it.-
