I'm just a little confused and need a little bit of Cobweb sweeping. What is a Cannon Bio? Can a Custom bio do techniques like FTG? What's the Difference between Cannon and Custom?

Cannon Bio is a bio from the Naruto series like the fourth hokage and even naruto.
And no Custom bios cannot have cannon techniques like FTG.Only Yondaime may have it.

Custom Bios are essentially characters that you create.

No, only Minato can use the FTG.

A custom bio is a bio made by you and not in the manga a canon bio is a bio from the manga or anime no they can't use ftg
