I'd say sasuke now because he has a fully developed susannoo. It doesn't matter if it's with or without itachi's sword and shield. His arrows are fast enough and can burn him with amterasu. It doesn't help that they both have a lot of intel on each other. It will still be a great fight.

Actually, sasuke possesing EMS means that he would not loose his eyesight with continuous usageof his eye techs. It doesn't necessarily mean he's gonna gain new powers.
I believe bee wud win. Afterall, he beat up sasuke so easily the last time they faugth.

i view the ems as just sasuke without blindness and if its so, sasuke would beat bee. sasuke was able to stay in suusanno at kage summit and in his battle with danzo which was a long time. sasuke has strong chakra and the ms techs dint bother him at all. i cant see bee stopping his amerterasu in 8 tailed form, or getting thru suusanno. sasuke now has the yata miror and sword. yes bee is very powerful, but the only person that can beat sasuke is naruto and madara.

Sasuke. Eight tails isn't that fast, so Sasuke's Amaterasu hits easily and then his Susanoo has Yata mirror and sealing sword + Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan's unknown powers.
