I keep my eyes on your chest, which is pure logic as you're a Sharingan user. Nontheless I start off by making a vent of steam to blow up underneath which burns off your skin leaving your unable to fight at all.

My sharingan notices the chakra filled steam nearing my location so i quickly make a snake handseal and my body attains a steel like quality..and your steam harms me not [This is the first time my fighting steam but i guess my sharingan does notice steam with your chakra....and do u require any handseals for these steam jutsus?]

and then as u are slamming your hands together to use the water jutsu which i can tell thanks to the sharingan i quickly make the bird seal and cause spears to erupt from the earth and stab into both your legs and one moves straight through your back stabbing your heart

I belive you lost this one. The reason is that you're using your sharingan incorrectly, and therefore you aren't capable of defending against my steam jutsu. Firstly, my jutsu doesn't require hand seals at all, secondly, it comes from underneath you. You would be needed to look down to see the chakra upcoming, the Sharingan doesn't work like a Byagukan. =/
