Second in a series of challenges I'm setting for myself to improve. The first time I tried to do this one, it didn't go over so well, so let's try this again....
Rei's Rules and Restrictions.
I will be using only two elements: Katon and Suiton.
You can use three elements.
Nin/Tai/Genjutsu is fine.
Killing won't count
No stealing of any kind
Terrain: Ruins of an abandoned town, during a heavy storm. A lightning strike has set part of the town on fire.
Bio is "Keotsu" in my sig - post your bio, and I'll make the first move.
*Quickly forming two handseals, I start by exhaling a large ball of flame, shooting it at you, the sheer size of which makes it hard to dodge. However, despite it's strength, it is used mainly as cover so that I may use:

Description: Creates small black clouds, which cover the area flammable oil.
I use the jutsu immediately after launching Blaze Ball, and run in an arc to my left while doing so, in order to get you back in my sight. The falling oil helps my fire jutsu to spread, while also increasing it's strength slightly, due to its size and the amount of falling oil it can feed upon.
I complete my turn by simply using:

The moment you fire the blazeball, I am ready to counter it with a quick non-hand sealed Destruction torrent. I simply concentrate water chakra into my hand and release a torrent towards the incoming fire ball, negating the fireball and creating thick wall of steam that blocks our views from each other.

Having our visions blocked due the cloud of steam that's floating between us, I use the momentum to concentrate wind chakra into my finger tips and slice air multiple times, sending multiple blades of Wind towards your direction and even though you have moved, they're aimed for larger scale horizontally so that even if you moved they'd cut you on the height of your waist.

Descripton: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.

Wasn't able to form them - had to interrupt making them in order to defend against your Wind blade earlier.
*As I see the gigantic shark, I know that the only possible way I can counter it at the moment and in time is with one of my own, and so I form my own two handseals to use:

Forming my own massive shark to combat yours while I continue my leftward arc, but I immediately follow up the gigantic shark by using:

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Causing the water flooding the field (provided by all the Water jutsu used previously, including the sharks) to gush upwards, and trap you in a water prison. While you are trapped, I simply use:
