What about the NB Staff conducting a big scale tournament once in every six month (or once in a year maybe) which will involve all the village’s including Akatsuki.

Genin Vs Genin, Jounin Vs Jounin and so on till the Sage Rank.
This tournament would become official and there's some reward for the winner, not just they have kumi but also a medal of the best Rping and some other attractive reward.

As for their Official Kage should receive a certain Medal by succeeded bringing his shinobi and village winning the tournament.

The participant have certain amount to join the tournament on every each village, and the Rule’s will set by the mods as fair as it could. For the participant limit maybe only:

~5 Genins
~5 S-Jounins
~10 Jounins
~5 Sannins
~3 Kages (by Posts)
~3 Sages (by Posts)
~1 Official Kage

They all must and have been chosen by their official Kage to sends them join the tournament, the participant can't just participate on their own.

There are some advantage with this tournament.

1.I think this will revive the Rping and the fun stuff
2. To measure how far the Kage’s have succeed to manage their village and shinobi.
3. Other member could measure their power and how much they have learn
4. To enhanced Rping knowledge by reading others fight.

The mods maybe could order the Kage’s that this Tournament is a mandatory and all village must involved in the tournament, if they refuse then there shall be a punishment for their village (Embargo perhaps xd).

Then maybe there’s a special Thread which Documented which village/shinobi/Kage have succeed winning the tournament, so as year passes by we all knows and legitimate who is the best Kage/village/shinobi have succeed bringing their name in the history.

Well this is just a suggestion though. Xd Let’s hear your opininon…?

Liliana is currently working on a Tournament.....so hold ya horses. lol. I talked to her about it today. She's a bit busy with RL stuff at the moment so yea.

And yes, this is current.....I brought it up to her earlier today.

Suggestion 1. Add S Class Ninja. lmfao.
Suggestion 2. See if Tournament winners can receive their own Color like how Contest Winners do.
Colors taken are - Light Green, Red, Orange, Light blue, Dark Blue. I would say a Gold Color for every name that wins their Rank....but they only keep it until the next tournament.

when i come to ur village their will be fight for the best member for their current rank,

means i will be selecting the best shinobi for each rank, means 1 genin, 1 chunin ..... etc (total 8)
then these teams will be fighting for their village,

then a new team will be formed from top 3 villages which will fight against Akatsuki.

And the amount of people you chose to put into that tournament is ridiculous because: I had trouble rounding up 5 active people for the tournament Zarakii was doing. How are you supposed to find 30+ active people in EACH village, when I barely got 32 people for Sound tournament.

So thats 150 + people in one tournament. I don't think we even have that many people in all the villages combined, and not to speak of getting the right amount of people for each rank.

Currently there is Zarakiis tournament and soon Lili-chwans tournament... should be enough.
As for the colored names: No, maybe the Cyan color for 1 month like all the contest winners. Medals: Yes, Zarakiis and Lili-Chwans tournament will have medals.
