i dont understand how can naruto see where he is going. look at ch.240 pg 14 minato told kakashi that he cant see his opponents counter attacks when he is moving at fast speeds. i can understand how minato is able to see cause he is not really moving just teleporting. and the raikage(A) doesnt need to see cause he just wait till he bashes into something. So how can naruto see where he is going.

are you really trying to seek a logic behind this? naruto should have died the moment he made the shadow clones, i think that's a more major issue.
apart from that, lee told sasuke that reacting if you are fast is a question of the training of the body, so you could say that naruto's senju body and his training make it possible.

So you see, he was referring to the jutsu and not just speed itself. And not that you can't see where you are going but the fact that you might not be able to avoid the enemy's counterattack.

Minato did not tell Kakashi that he would not be able to see while moving so fast that would mean he would be blind while using chidori.
He was just saying that if the enemy is skilled enough he will dodge the attack or counterattack and it would be a wrap.
Ex. Kakashi as a kid without the sharingan took out like ten clones before Minato told him that mess about the techs drawbacks and when he faced the real person he dodged the tech.
