Gai teaching Neji and Ten-ten

Well I am watching the battle between Gaara and Lee in the first part of the series, and I was thinking : Was Gai the suitable teacher for Neji and Ten-ten ? I mean, he kept training with Lee all over the time, teaching him taijutsu and stuff. I know Neji trained with the "Hyuugas", but don't you think Neji and Ten-ten would be a lot stronger, given a more suitable sensei ?
It is like Kakashi with Naruto : In the first part of the series he didn't help Naruto so much, as he did with Sasuke.

What do you think about that ?

but i wonder where does Ten-Ten trains and who is her teacher besides Gai.

But during the Chunin Exam arc, she practiced with him while he used Rotation. Training for the Naruto fight.


Other than that, I don't know who Tenten trains with. She could join either Neji or Guy/Lee. Or train alone.

its like kakashi training sasuke and naruto havin j-man...only difference is we dont have any clue about eho helps ten-ten.

Lee and neji could actually train with guy but since ten-ten does weapons i think shes on the wrong team.

Tenten is any range, so it works out having two close and one long, but yeah, it's kinda odd.

Neji is now jounin, maybe as strong/stronger than Guy . Tenten sucks, there is no reason to train her.. Oh wait, that is the reason xD

maybe you are right. they could be more powerful, but not sure. they trained with Guy just Kishi didn't show it.

about Ten-Ten, she has great skills and i think she's the best weapon specialist in the village.

actually you are right, we haven't seen any weapon specialist in the village except her... U_U

ten-ten is the weapon highlander...their can be only one!

and yeah neji and ten-ten trained together mostly and sometimes guy would train all 3 at once but mostly he worked with lee one on one since neji is a natural genius (he didn't train with the hyuuga family like hinata he just figured the techniques out which was why hinata's dad was surprised he could use rotation or 64 palms in the fight against naruto. Ten-ten can train with neji or alone since shes just working on aiming thrown weapons. lee is the one who needed the 1 on 1 sensei since hes not a typical genius, doesn't have ninjutsu or genjutsu and guy liked his will to become strong no matter what.

Ten Ten just kind of tags along with her teamates and improved her weapon uses on there powerful taijutsu.
